Cocalico: 31-4 overall (Defeated Mercer in the AA State Championship Game, 75-59)

1987

Columbia: 23-10 overall (Defeated Windber in the AA State Championship Game, 49-43)

1999

Annville-Cleona: 30-3 overall (Defeated Quaker Valley in the AA State Championship Game, 69-57, in 2OT)

2003

Lancaster Catholic: 35-0 overall (Defeated Perry Traditional Academy in the AAA State Championship Game, 75-59)

2023

Lancaster Mennonite: 21-8 overall (Defeated Aliquippa in the 2A State Championship Game, 60-44)
